“Le Bon Pinard” means the good plonk and is a nice full-bodied red wine without frills. Perfect summer wine for dinners with friends. The wine is made from 30% Marselan, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. Produced according to classical method with fermentation for 15 days. The storage is done on steel tanks to allow the fruit to express itself.
