“Le Bon Pinard” means “the good spunk” and is an ironic name for a dry but aromatic white wine without frills. A perfect summer wine for dinners with friends! The wine is made from 60% Sauvignon Blanc – 40% Viognier. The harvest is done at night for the least possible oxidation of the grapes. The fermentation is done at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then stored on its lees.
