Peloro Bianco from Le Case Matte is a white wine made from 65% Grillo- and 35% Caricante grapes that grow in sand and calcereous clay soil in Faro Superiore – north of Messina – on the north-eastern part of Sicily. The grapes are harvested the second week of September and the vinification takes place according to the classical method in steel tanks. the wine is stored a certain time in steel tanks beforebeing bottled and then stored further 3 months.
