Lis Neris – Cabernet Sauvignon – Red wine is produced from 15-year-old vines. The harvest is done by hand with careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 days, during which the delestage technique is used regularly. The wine is then aged in 500 and 225 liter oak barrels for 15 months before bottling. The yield is 50 – 55 hl/ha.
