Luciano Sandrone – Valmaggiore – Nebbiolo d’Alba – Red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the Roero district. The grapes are grown on the hill of Valmaggiore in a southern direction in the town of Vezza d’Alba, on the left bank of the river Tanaro. The fermentation is done from natural yeast in open steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation and storage is done in French oak barrels of 500 liters. The wine is then stored in bottle for another 9 months before being released.
