Barbera d’Alba is produced from 100% Barbera grapes grown on three hectares of land on the hills around the town of Alba, 250 meters above sea level. The vinification is done accordning to classic method with the grapes subjected to light crushing and destemming with alcoholic fermentation in thermo-controlled steel tanks for about 8-10 days. The wine is stored for 2 months in stainless steel and then 1 month in the bottle.
