The wine is produced according to the classic method with the grapes subjected to light crushing and destemming with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for about 25 days at 15°-17°C to preserve freshness and aromas. The wine is then stored for 2 months in stainless steel on its lees and 1 month in the bottle.
