The wines are produced without, or almost without sulfites and have as the lowest common denominator that they have a very drinkable style with a low or relatively low alcohol content. All 6 wines are organically grown, some with a biodynamic orientation. They are suitable for all types of occasions and for most dishes. The idea is to be able to open a bottle of good wine without frills and just enjoy! The wines have no strange aftertastes or strange aromas that some natural wines can have, but are real quality wines produced by serious winemakers.
