Syrah from Moulin de Gassac is produced from Syrah grapes grown in Villeveyrac in the Langedoc region. After the harvest, the grapes are removed from their bunches and are let to ferment for 10-12 days in steel tanks. The wine is then stored for 5-6 months before being bottled.
