Ollieux Romanis – Atal sia – Corbières Boutenac is a premium red wine from the appellation Corbières Boutenac in Languedoc. Atal Sia means “so be it” in old Languedoc language. The wine is made from 45% Carignan 30% Grenache 20% Mourvèdre and 5% Syrah. The grapes grow in red, typical Mediterranean soil. The harvest is done manually followed by the fermentation with entire grapes – the 3 most important grape varieties are assembled together from the beginning. The finalized wine is stored in the bottle for 1 year.
