Artisan Partisans Cuvée Alice 1820 Red Wine is a cuvée created to honor one of the first female wine farmers in the Languedoc. The wine is made from 50% Syrah, 30% Carignan and 20% Grenache, which gives a round and soft wine that suits most meat dishes. The vinification is done according to the classic method in stainless vessels. Fermentation for 10 to 15 days then undergoes a tangential filtration.
