Barbaresco Roncaglie is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and easily crushed. Fermentation with skin for 12-15 days at a maximum temperature of about 30 °. Completed malolactic fermentation before the end of winter. In the spring, the wine is put on slavonic oak barrels and stored for 12-14 months.
