Produttori del Barbaresco – Barbaresco – Red wine is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, grown in various areas of the Barbaresco appellation. The fermentation is done in steel tanks at 28° C for 24 days with the grape skins. The must is pumped into new tanks twice a day. Then the malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by oak barrel storage for 24 months in 50 hl containers. Approximately 300,000 bottles are produced/year.
