Produttori del Barbaresco – Langhe Nebbiolo – Red wine is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in southern, western and eastern directions over 118 hectares of land in different areas of the Langhe. The fermentation is done in cement tanks at 28° C for 20 days with the grape skins. The must is pumped into new tanks twice a day. Then the malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is bottled in September. Approximately 140,000 bottles are produced/year.
