“Bric Turot” is a Barbaresco from Prunotto with complex aromas of licorice in harmony with aromas of small forest berries, cinnamon, cloves, and violets. Present tannins and long final. To serve with a pork roast with rosemary.

Barbaresco “Bric Turot” from Prunotto is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. The great diversity of the vineyard’s exposure, thanks to the “Bricco’s” (hill in Piedmontese dialect) formation and the specific clone selection, combined with the storage in large barrels of different volumes, contribute to create a balanced and pleasant Barbaresco. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are easily crushed. Fermentation takes about 10 days at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C. Malolactic fermentation ends before the end of winter. The wine is stored for at least 12 months in oak barrels of various capacities. Thereafter, Bric Turot is stored further in the bottle before sale.
