Santadi – Villa Solais – Vermentino di Sardegna is a white wine from Sardinia made from 85% Vermentino and 15% Nuragus. The grapes are harvested by hand throughout the month of September and are then immediately pressed. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the finished wine is matured in its lees for a few months.
