Prélude, Grands Cru from Taittinger is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir that Taittinger has selected exclusively from “Grands Crus” villages rated 100% in Champagne. The wine is produced from Cuvée wines (only from the first press), which helps to create the finesse and structure required to offer a long storage. The wine has been stored for more than 5 years in wine cellar, which, however, gives a youthful character with complex palate.
