Venica & Venica – Collio – Cabernet Franc is made from a grape variety that originates in Bordeaux. Cabernet Franc has its own charm, mainly linked to its special and unique character. A fruity aroma with herbal (mainly rucola) and spicy notes. The grapes are harvested and picked from the bunches in the first 10 days of October. After arriving in the cellar, the grapes macerate for about 10 days.
at a temperature not exceeding 24°C. The wine is aged in steel tanks until bottling.
