Santandrea from Vinosia is made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown in volcanic soil and in limestone. The harvest is made during the first ten days of November. The grapes are macerated for 12 days, fermented and the malolactic fermentation is made in French oak barrels. The storage is also done for 12 months in French oak barrels.
