Vite Colte – La luna e i Falo – Barbera d’Asti Superiore – Red wine is made from 100% Barbera grapes. The vinification is traditional, with 10 days of maceration at a temperature of 28-30 °C, followed by the malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in oak barrels for around 12 months, which helps to round out the robust structure and create a complex and elegant wine.
