Champagne Waris Hubert – Albescent Grand Cru is produced from 100% Chardonnay. The terroir expression has its given role in the winemaking. The grapes from each field are separated and vinified separately. The wine is produced in steel tanks of 25 to 44 HL and oak barrels of 225 to 600 liters in order to divide the fermentation depending on where the grapes were grown. 42 different cuvées are produced and used to make the wine.
