Our prices are quoted in euro (EUR) on the English speaking part of the website. The prices include French alcohol tax, as well as French VAT for all shipment .
Applicability
These conditions are applicable wherever French or other applicable law, does not provide conditions that are in conflict with them .
Order
The customer must be 18 years of age by law for the sale of alcoholic beverages, except from customers in countries with a local legislation which is different. If this is the case, it’s the local legal age which should be respected. Orders made in another person’s name without his consent, or orders made causing that SAS IVINIO ( www.ivinio.com ) suffers from economic damage, is reported to the police . All pictures should be seen as illustrations and are not guaranteed correct appearance and condition.
Online Payment
French alcohol tax and VAT are included in all prices given in euros, except of the shipping charges where applicable. We use Stripe payments that is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security. . The payment can be made with Visa , MasterCard and American Express.
For sales with debit/creditcard, the conditions apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved. No extra charge is due for card payments .
SAS IVINIO ( www.ivinio.com ) reserves the right to change prices and that any offered product could be sold out . In that case, the sale will not take place and the purchase price paid by the customer will be refunded. No compensation is payable.
Direct Payment to bank with Paypal
Payment is easy and safe with Paypal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account already , you can quickly do the transaction via Paypal. Paypal cooperate with VISA , MasterCard and most banks which offer direct payments.

Shipping Rates
To see the shipping cost for a product , add it to the shopping cart and go to checkout. The cost for shipping depends on the weight and the country of destination. You personally have the choice , depending on the desired price and delivery time, to use basic standard delivery (we chose the best and most economic transporter to your address).
Delivery and Cancellation
Orders received Monday through Thursday will be processed the following morning for delivery within 2-3 business days. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. In those particular cases where incoming deliveries are ongoing for an ordered product, a few extradays of preparation can be required.
In cases where the client believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes the delivery of the order, it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order in accordance with SAS Ivinio ( Ivinio.com ) conditions of purchase. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched , the customer is obliged to receive the order. Cancel any product or service acquired or prepared specifically for the customer, is not possible.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Merchant via email .
Liability for defects
SAS IVINIO’s ( Ivinio.com ) responsability for errors in delivery is limited to the current conditions . SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) is not liable directly or indirectly, for example, incompatibility issues , delivery delays, downtime , data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
The wines offered and displayed on www.ivinio.com correspond perfectly well to the wines we ship. However, SAS IVINIO reserves the right to send out the goods that correspond to the ordered item / s, but that may have undergone natural and recent modifications made by the producer. In other words, any new design upgrades that have not been shown on the site or any new vintage that have not yet been updated on the site can be sent (for wines with a value <30 € / bottle). Transport is done by standard transporters, not refrigerated or with controlled temperature. Clients are responsable for evaluating the risk for climatical impact on the wines depending on where the delivery will take place and at what period of the year (heat in summer and cold at winter). IVINIO delivers perfect quality products, but don’t take responsability for exceptional climatical impact on the wines during transport.
Customer’s rights in the event of delay
In cases Ivinio.com can not deliver the goods within the stated delivery time , the customer is entitled to cancel his order.
Complaints Terms and withdrawal
It is appropriate that the customer checks the shipment upon arrival to verify that this is correct and error free. In case of complaint the customer must contact SAS IVINIO’s ( Ivinio.com ) complaint department on email contact@ivinio.com or via https://www.ivinio.com/ and provide the order id and the reason for complaint . In case of complaint by the customer, he must ask for a RN (return ) number, which is valid for 14 days.
In all cases where a product is returned to SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ), the consumer must first obtain an RN . Return package must be clearly marked with the RN . Customer should write received RN packet patch so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products returned to SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) should be treated as if they were flawless . It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it can not be damaged . Consignments missing RN returned to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged.
Ivinio.com always pay for return shipping with regard to damaged or defective goods .
Right of withdrawal
Private Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts . The right is valid only if the item and its original packaging can be returned in the same state.
If consumers use their right of withdrawal, he should contact Ivinio.com , preferably by e- mail at contact@ivinio.com to obtain an RN. Return shipping costs is paid for by the consumer. To invoke the right of withdrawal , the customer must contact Ivinio.com to obtain an RN and return address.
If an item is damaged during transport , please contact SAS IVINIO ( www.ivinio.com ) immediately for information on compensation .
Repayment of the order sum
Upon withdrawal or complaints where the customer does not ask for new items, Ivinio.com will refund the order amount or cancel the invoice within 30 days from the date the returned item is received.
Unclaimed consignments
Customers are comitted to give clear and well accessible delivery addresses. For items which are on purpose not received by the customer or are failing due to an inaccessible address and for which the package is returned to SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) , a fee of 40 € + VAT (20%) + transport costs (paid by IVINIO) is charged to cover SAS IVINIO’s ( Ivinio.com ) expenses for transportation and administration.
Transport Damaged Goods
If a product from SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) is damaged during the transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden , this must be reported immediately to the carrier within 7 days.
FORCE MAJEURE
Events such as war , natural disasters, strikes , government decisions , failed deliveries from subcontractors, and similar costly events which are out of the SAS IVINIO’s ( Ivinio.com ) control an which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be assigned to force majeure, which means that SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) is released from its obligations to fulfill the contractual agreements.
Handling of personal information
Ivinio.com never spread your personal information to third parties, but may use them to send publicity regarding our store or any of the stores that are part of our business . You, the customer always has the right to refuse such mailings and to request the deletion of your personal data from our database.
Controversy
All contractual provisions set out above shall be governed by French law. Our customer service is available for the settlement of any dispute and failing an amicable solution, only the French courts have jurisdiction.
Other
SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) reserves the right to amend any information , including technical specifications and product offerings without prior notice . In the eventual situation where a product, to a given price, is sold out or delisted, SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) has the right to cancel the order and refund any eventual amount which has been paid. SAS IVINIO ( Ivinio.com ) shall also notify the customer of equivalent products if available.
