Fiano di Avellino from Mastroberardino is made from the Fiano grape. The grapes are harvested by hand in early October. The wine is then produced according to the classic method in steel tanks. Fermentation takes about 20 days at a controlled temperature (8°C – 16°C). The wine is stored in bottles for a few months before sale.
