Alta Mora – Etna Bianco – White wine is made from 100% Carricante grapes. Carricante is a local grape variety that is grown at between 600-750 meters above sea level. Viticulture is carried out in Linguaglossa, Contrada Arrigo, Castiglione di Sicilia in the Verzella district and in Pietramarina. Harvesting is done manually. The grapes are lightly pressed, cold decanting and fermentation at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20°C in stainless steel vats. The wine is stored on its lees for 4 months before being bottled.
