Brut Classic from champagne Deutz is the classic Brut-variety made of equal parts of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This champagne includes several different vintages; 20-40% of the wine (depending on the vintage) is represented by what is called “vin de réserve”. This mixture provides a constant character to the wine through the years and also contributes to its complexity.
