Château de Beaupré is a rosé wine from the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation that is made from mainly Grenache (80%), but also Syrah and Cinsault. The wine growing is carried out organically. The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and sorted by hand. They are pressed immediately and then clarified (débourbage) at a temperature of 10°. The wine is then fermented at a low thermo-regulated temperature (15-18°) in order to extract the most possible aromas.
