Prestige from Château de l’Herbe Sainte is a red wine made from 75% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 9% Carignan and 6% Grenache. The grapes are separated from the clusters immediately after the harvest and are fermented per grape variety at controlled temperature. Then follows the malolactic fermentation. The final wine is then composed. The wine is lightly clarified and filtered before being bottled.
