Château Loumelat Bordeaux – Red wine is produced from 85% Merlot- and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes are macerated for 17 days after the harvest and is stirred every other day (batonnage). The fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks at 28 ° temperature. The finished wine is aged for 16 months in steel tanks.
