Château Margillière – Bastide – White is made from 90% Rolle grapes and 10% Ugni blanc. The grapes are harvested by hand and lightly pressed. The must is then fermented in steel tanks at a low temperature to retain the aromas. The wine is lightly clarified before bottling.
