Château Margillière – Hautes Terres – Red wine made from 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 25% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan. The grapes are harvested by hand and picked from the bunches. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature with 2 stirrings (remontages) per day. Afterwards, the malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
