Domaine Germain père & fils – Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune – Red wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and the vinification is done according to the classical method. The wine is stored for 10 months on oak barrels before bottling. The yield is 50HL / ha and 6,000 bottles are produced / year.
