Famille Laplace – Château d’Aydie – Red wine is made from 100% Tannat grapes After harvest, the grapes are cool macerated with extraction in order to preserve the softness and fruitiness of the wine. Vinification is done at medium to low temperatures (around 20°). The wine is then aged in steel tanks for around 6 months.
