Joseph Perrier – Cuvée Royale – Brut is made from 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. More than 20 different “crus”, including the vineyards
located in Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers and Verneuil, are included in the finished cuvée. The wine is stored for 36 months and the reserve wines make up 20% of the final wine, which is dosed at 7g/L.
