Luigi Pira – Langhe Nebbiolo – Red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in Serralunga d’Alba over 1 hectare of land 310 meters above sea level. The vinification of Langhe Nebbiolo takes place in temperature-controlled horizontal fermentation tanks for 10-15 days. The wine is aged for 12 months, partly in small wooden barrels (barrique and tonneau barrels) and partly in large wooden barrels.
